Kevin Heinbuch has lived in the Cedar Rapids area since
1990. Since then, he has been working primarily with his real estate investments.
Kevin’s personal experience with real estate includes purchasing properties for the
purposes of renovation, and resale as well as managing his own single and multi-family
rental properties. Since 1991, Kevin has also been involved in purchasing notes or
contracts secured by real estate, as well as arranging more non-conventional financing for
others looking to purchase real estate. As an investor, Kevin has an extensive list of
private and institutional investors who are able to purchase notes or finance the
"Hard to Finance" buyer.
Kevin is a Broker Associate and has earned the e-PRO
designation from the National Association of Realtors as well as the RECS
(Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist) designation. Kevin has also served as a
Director on the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors 2003 - 2006.
As a very determined and hard working agent it is Kevin’s job to help his clients
determine how much home they can afford, determine what type of financing will work best
for them, help find their dream home, and follow through to make the whole deal come
together.
