Although REBLS.com has a very extensive selection of financing options to choose from, there may be other financing sources that are more beneficial for a particular home buyer. There are many types of lenders to choose from including banks, mortgage companies, private lenders and others, all of which have their own loan products to offer. 

As part of my service to you, I make it my business to know about as many of these loan programs as possible.  We can sit down and go over your income and job history, run a FREE credit report, and at that point I can suggest the type of financing that I feel will benefit you the most.  If there is another local or even out of town lender that offers the best option for you, I will be happy to make an appointment with that lender, and even attend your loan application with you.  If REBLS.com should offer the best program for you, we can proceed with your loan application on the spot.  There of course, is no cost or obligation for my assistance and suggestions as to which loan may be best for you, and you are not obligated to go with my suggestions.

The loan process can be very confusing and even intimidating if you are not familiar with it.  Some of the loan types to consider are Conventional, FHA, VA, Private Party Contracts.  There are also several first time home buyer and grant programs that can work with many of these loans.  It is part of my job to make the loan process as easy and painless as possible, and to help you find the best loan for your situation.
